Dear diary...
It has now been over a month since I started playing Rune again. I feel that Im getting the hang of the community we have these days.
Many things has improved in the Rune1.0 community. It seems that most players get along in a different way than earlier. Not so much of that bitching attitude that was so common earlier.
Rune seems to be quite active at the moment. More old players has returned and there also new players on the serers some times.
Im afraid new players have a hard time surviving in this community.
Imagine you just started playing and can't much more than spin with your weapon. In almost every game you will hear other players comments. Like: "Spinner!", "Noob", "Luck!".
And then you should be able to ignore them and start practicing the moves they do even though you dont understand how the hell hit that fast!? You see them doing those small jums (also called dodge) but have no idea they do it.
A bit ironic that the same players that whined about the spinner will later comlpain that Rune is dying cause there are too few players.
I wish I had more time to actually play then I do at the moment. After talking RuneEd on MSN I decided to start it up. But I shouldnt have done that. I promised my self years ago to not use RuneEd anymore simply cause I dont have the patience for it and that the editor sucks real bad.
After a couple of hours RunEd'ing I remembered why I stopped using it. But now Im stuck with it again.
I also had some ideas for making a new VnB site. I havnt got that far yet though. Cause Photoshop gives me the same problem as RuneEd. Only difference is that instead of trying to decide what textures to use in RuneEd, I spend hours going through different fonts in Photoshop and I can neer make up my mind. I a bit weird when it comes to those things...
Thats all for now.
Good bye dear diary.
