Hmmm, lemme tell you, getting shot is never really painless. Worst place to get hit is the stomache. Not just because the bloodflow is slow in the area, but when done correctly at the stomache itself, the acids in it enter other vital organs where it eats its way through anything.
You know how your throat hurts after throwing up? Well, it's kinda like that, only loads times worse.

Don't feel the pain until shock is long gone. The adrenalin numbs out the pain, you don't feel the pain.
