True, basic troubleshooting implies to exclude possible causes of your problem. It's only after you found the cause when you can work on it. Try reproducing the problem (the body-snatching) in this case with each mutator loaded separately. If the problem only occurs with both mutators, it might be a conflict and then you should pay closer examination to what function both mutators address.

simulated function tick (float deltatime) { local carcass c;
foreach allactors(class'carcass', c) { c.destroy(); }
super.tick(deltatime); }
load after your server security, problem solved
